Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026

AtomikMind is a product of AtomikCore Software Technologies and Computer Solutions FZCO ("AtomikMind", "we", "us", "our"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides all customer service inquiries, and handles refunds and returns.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are governed by and processed under Paddle's Refund Policy, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. This page restates that policy as it applies to AtomikMind purchases. This Policy forms part of the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions and is subject to their terms and definitions; if there is any inconsistency, the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions apply.

If local consumer protection laws give you additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights will always apply. Nothing in this Policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. For any question about this Policy, or to request a refund, please visit Paddle's buyer support at https://paddle.net.

1. General

1.1. Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

1.2. Refunds may be issued on a discretionary basis (see section 7) or where you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right (see section 2).

1.3. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

1.4. This Policy does not affect your rights in relation to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose (see section 4).

1.5. Refund requests must be made within the applicable statutory or discretionary period described below.

1.6. If you receive a refund in accordance with this Policy, access to the relevant product will cease.

2. Country-specific statutory rights

Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights apply and override this Policy. Paddle applies the highest standard of protection across the relevant country.

  • European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom. Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from many digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. This applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription (not to later subscription payments, except as follows). If a subscription includes a free trial, a fresh 14-day withdrawal period runs from the moment the free trial ends. For transactions completed in the UK with an annual subscription, a fresh 14-day period runs from the day the subscription auto-renews for another year. The right does not apply to digital content that has begun to be downloaded, streamed, or used where you have given express consent to waive your withdrawal right. To exercise it, request a refund within 14 days of the transaction.
  • Turkey / Israel. Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund. Request within 14 days of the transaction.
  • South Korea / Brazil / China. Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery and receive a full refund. Request within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Canada. Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery and receive a full refund. Request within 7 days of the transaction. A French-language version of Paddle's policy is available.
  • Singapore. Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery or first access and receive a full refund. Request within 5 days of the transaction.

3. How to withdraw and request a refund

To withdraw, cancel, and/or request a refund, contact Paddle using any of the following:

  • the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email;
  • the support link provided in your receipt or within your account's billing page; or
  • the "Request refund" option at https://paddle.net.

If eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval. Paddle's transaction records are used to verify eligibility and timing but will not override your statutory rights. If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds for technical or product defects

If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents you from accessing AtomikMind as described, please:

  • contact us first at support@atomikmind.com so we can try to resolve the issue or arrange a refund;
  • if it cannot be resolved, contact Paddle's support team (see section 3) with details of the issue and our response;
  • where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Add-ons and one-time transactions

Add-ons linked to a subscription expire when the main subscription ends, unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility for add-ons and one-time transactions follows the same criteria as the main transaction, unless local law provides otherwise. Items delivered and fully accessible immediately may be non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact Paddle before raising a chargeback or a dispute with your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider. If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, access to the product may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under card-scheme or consumer-protection rules.

7. Discretionary refunds

Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Submitting a request within this period does not guarantee a refund. All requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account factors such as the nature of the product, the reason for the request, and usage. Paddle may grant a full refund, grant a partial refund, or decline the request.

8. Updates to this Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.

9. Governing law and resolving disputes

This Policy is subject to the governing law, complaints, and disputes provisions set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions.
